We are seeking an experienced trial attorney with a proven track record in insurance defense litigation. Your expertise in Wisconsin civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy will be invaluable in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently with electronic case files. Strong software and technological skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Lexis-Nexis, are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to travel via personal or commercial transportation to job-related activities.
This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and virtual work arrangements. The position is based in St. Paul, Minnesota, and you will be required to spend time in the office. However, you will also have the flexibility to work from a private remote location when needed.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $114,400-$175,000 annually, with potential yearly incentive pay up to 24%.
