About the Role:
As a Tracheostomy and Ventilation Expert, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. This role requires a strong background in respiratory therapy, with expertise in managing complex airway devices and weaning patients from mechanical ventilation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tracheostomy tubes and perform decannulation procedures as needed.
- Assess patients' readiness for extubation and develop strategies for successful weaning.
- Participate in rounds and collaborate with the team to develop individualized care plans.
