Key Responsibilities

Manage customer policy modification requests.

Collect all necessary documentation from clients.

Address all incoming claims inquiries from clients and ensure follow-up.

Process Evidence of Insurance requests.

Receive premium payments from clients.

Thoroughly comprehend and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.

Generate insurance quotations.

Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Oversee customer renewals.


Qualifications
