  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to promote team work and improve patient outcomes
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, policies, and procedures related to managed care and patient advocacy
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and practice management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
