Postdoctoral Researcher in Skin Immunology

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic research group focused on understanding the immune system's role in skin disease, cutaneous wound healing, and skin cancer.
Key Responsibilities
The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in the field of skin immunology and systems biology. This will involve designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and a strong publication record. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transgenic/knockout animal models, handling RNA, DNA, and protein. They should also have expertise in immunohistochemistry, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, FACS analysis, immuno-blotting, mammalian cell culture, CRISPR knockout, microscopy, and small animal work.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics and experience with data analysis software. They should also have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
