Job Summary

The Environmental System Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining four applications of Pretreatment Information Management Systems (PIMS) and supporting associated integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of PIMS applications and integrations
  • Primary contact for HRSD Environmental Reporting System (HERS) Help Desk
  • Backup to PIMS Administrator
  • Core member of PIMS project team providing technical and analytical guidance
  • Evaluation and identification of requirements for P3 program needs, employee productivity, and process improvement
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware related issues or errors for internal and external PIMS users
  • Quality assurance and quality control for all P3 program data
  • Documentation of workflows and development of training materials
  • Development and execution of test plans; ensuring project deliverables adhere to quality standards
  • Design of reports and creation of queries using SQL code based on unique needs and customer requirements
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in STEM related concentration
  • Four years of relevant project management experience or related information technology experience with a working knowledge of automated data management and reporting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of desktop support, SQL code, Business Intelligence report writing, and database management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial wastewater pretreatment or wastewater treatment background
  • Previous experience with Pretreatment Information Management Systems as an advanced user, analyst, or administrator
