Job Summary

HP Development Company, L.P. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the expansion of our customer success strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customer success managers to ensure successful expansion of customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of expansion strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with expansion initiatives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
