Your Role: As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of the Wound Management and Limb Preservation department. You will collaborate closely with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality care for patients with wounds in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standards of care and research initiatives.
- Enhance clinical practices through education for staff and patients.
- Foster a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in Wound Care within an acute care setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role such as Charge Nurse or Nursing Manager.
