About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse RN Med Surg to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating the activities of the unit during your designated shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and coordinate the activities of the unit during your designated shift
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit
  • Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • A minimum of one year acute care hospital Medical/Surgical RN experience
