Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Penske Transportation Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop workforce plans by factoring customer needs, estimated unscheduled repairs, available parts, technician skill sets, and work hours.
  • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance updates, schedule changes, billing concerns, and service issues.
  • Ensure all Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
  • Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
  • Coordinate with district billing clerks as needed.
