The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000 based on industry standards and location.

Educational Testing Service (ETS) seeks a highly skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations while negotiating contracts with various stakeholders.

In this role, you will analyze contract requests, provide support to the Office of the General Counsel, and review replies to bid requests. You will also propose and negotiate changes, draft amendments, and alert responsible parties to potential problems or liabilities. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring that all transactions comply with ETS's accessibility requirements, FCPA, GDPR, IESA, PIA, and PCI.

You will work closely with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Functional Centers of Excellence (FCEs) to ensure that contractual provisions are met. Your expertise in contract law, negotiation skills, and business acumen will enable you to make informed decisions and drive results-oriented outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze contract requests and provide recommendations for approval or rejection
  • Support the Office of the General Counsel in reviewing and analyzing third-party documents
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with ETS's accessibility requirements, FCPA, GDPR, IESA, PIA, and PCI
