About the Role

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist to join our team in Hematology. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving demand for our medicines within the hematological disorders space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region, driving demand and growth through scientific expertise and strategic planning.
  • Maintain high-level scientific credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians, building strong relationships through customer-centric engagement.
Requirements
  • Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as a healthcare sales professional, MSL, or HCP.
  • Proven ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network.
