Job Responsibilities
  • Handle both outbound and inbound communications
  • Quickly identify and address client needs with professionalism
  • Respond to client inquiries related to services and resolve issues through various communication methods
  • Efficiently navigate online resources to provide necessary documents to clients
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Contribute insights and support for new product offerings and sales methodologies
  • Participate in team and individual meetings
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Organizational skills with the capability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Proficient in computer applications and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Curious and capable of asking insightful questions to gather necessary information
  • Able to collaborate with remote team members across different time zones
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License Required
  • Completion of 2025 AHIP Certification Required
