About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative II at Evident Scientific. As a key contact and liaison for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their total satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional phone support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Order Processing: Process transactions with high accuracy, including sales orders and customer requests.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and information.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our workflow and provide better service to our customers.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate information in our CRM system.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on all transactions to ensure customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Team Performance: Meet personal and customer service team KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a business environment, with previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks, familiarity with CRM systems, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook applications.
