Job TypeGeneral OverviewThis position entails fulfilling a dual role within a branch, functioning as both a Bank Representative and a Bank Consultant or Bank Host as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesBank Representative:
Handles monetary transactions, including receiving and disbursing funds, while maintaining accurate records of financial activities.
Bank Consultant:
Promotes credit and deposit products by assessing and addressing the needs of clients, ensuring adherence to the quality service standards established for branches.
Bank Host:
Greets customers upon arrival at branches and guides them to the appropriate service areas, providing information on banking products and services.
Supervisory Duties:
This role does not involve supervisory responsibilities.
Educational RequirementsMinimum of 60 approved Bachelor's Degree credits in Business Administration or completion of a Technical or Commercial Course in Banking Operations.
Experience RequirementsA minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
Work ScheduleMonday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
