At Magnolia Manor Senior Living, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team for day shift. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being in a clean, friendly, and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily direct care to residents, including assistance with medication, bathing, dressing, and grooming, food consumption, transferring, and ambulating.
- Adhere to Magnolia Manor's established Infection Control Procedures and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Communicate notable changes to nurse management and participate in classes to maintain current certification as a C.N.A. (12 hours per year).
- Attend all meetings and in-services designated as mandatory and assist with orientation of new employees as instructed by your supervisor.
- Preferred High School Diploma or its equivalent or enrolled in ongoing education.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
This position is considered highly physical, with frequent walking, bending, stooping, and lifting approximately 50 pounds. If you require a reasonable accommodation to apply for a job or to perform the duties of a job, please let us know.
