Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Assurance Manager to join our team at Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and project success for our VRV/VRF systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute pre-construction kick off meetings and periodic site visits to ensure project success.
Host formal installation, commissioning, and maintenance training classes for our customers.
Provide informal training in the field to installing contractors to ensure they have the necessary skills to install and maintain our systems.
Troubleshoot VRV/ductless systems during installation, start-up, and warranty process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a close relationship with our sales team to provide technical input and feedback to aid in optimal system design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
5 or more years' experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not required.
Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
