Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-sale technical support and project success for VRV/VRF systems.
  • Execute pre-construction kick off meetings, periodic site visits, and start-up or start-up assistance for VRV/VRF projects.
  • Host formal installation, commissioning, and maintenance training classes.
  • Provide informal training in the field to installing contractors.
  • Troubleshoot VRV/ductless systems during installation, start-up, and warranty process.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by building relationships and trust through prompt and accurate support and communication.
  • Solve warranty-related issues after jobs are started in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a close relationship with tech support from the OEM/manufacturer of the equipment.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the sales team, providing continual feedback from the field and technical input to aid in optimal system design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 5 or more years' experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not required.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
