Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of location managers to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop and implement training programs for location managers and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and provide coaching and feedback to location managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, employees, and vendors
- Provide support and guidance to location managers on sales and marketing initiatives
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to location managers
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the spa or wellness industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong knowledge of business operations, including finance, human resources, and marketing
