Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop and implement training programs for location managers and staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and provide coaching and feedback to location managers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, employees, and vendors
  • Provide support and guidance to location managers on sales and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to location managers
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the spa or wellness industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, including finance, human resources, and marketing
