Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office and customer areas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, customer areas, and common spaces.
- Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality detailing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience is desired but not required.
- Carpet cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work.
- Reliable and strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance is a must.
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
- Valid driver's license.
