Overview:
This role focuses on production clients, ensuring optimal efficiencies in the manufacturing of client products. Key areas of emphasis may include, but are not limited to: reduction of setup times, generation of procedural documentation, training of operators, development of inspection software, and selection or design of tools. Additional responsibilities may encompass participation in production readiness initiatives and engagement in continuous improvement efforts for ongoing production tasks. A critical aspect of this position is its hands-on nature. As enhancements are identified and implemented, this individual may be tasked with executing and/or performing re-qualification of modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and upkeep of Preventive Maintenance Programs for production clients.
- Drafting and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Engagement in Manufacturing/Production Team activities (such as Gemba) in a participatory and reporting capacity.
- Participation in Process Validation initiatives.
- Maintenance of Data Logs and Utilities.
- Ownership and management of customer/internal procedures.
- Assistance in job setup and process training for operators.
- Collaboration on the rollout of Manufacturing Engineering Projects.
- Programming of OGP inspection equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a device manufacturing/production environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient technical writing abilities.
