About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Hunt Hive Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction schedules using your expertise in construction scheduling and Microsoft Project.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review CPM schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and external consultants to align schedules with project objectives.
  • Travel to project sites to assist in schedule updates and collaborate with onsite teams.
  • Assist with RFPs and proposal schedule development for preconstruction opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of construction scheduling experience with a strong focus on CPM techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related scheduling tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to manage team expectations and client interactions.
  • Ability to mentor and collaborate with teams on schedule development and project goals.
