About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health FirstChoice. As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice settings, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership in the delivery of patient care, utilizing AIDET principles and Managing Up communication strategies.
  • Participate in patient rounds, ensuring treatments are provided in accordance with physician orders and approved medical protocols.
  • Maintain safe respiratory therapy practices, identifying and reporting safety issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to suggest changes in therapies and improve cardiopulmonary patient care.
  • Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition, contacting repair personnel or Charge therapists as needed.
Requirements
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist with a license in the state(s) you will work.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, depending on specialty area.
  • Ability to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations.
  • EPIC experience preferred.
