Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN QI Infection Control Nurse to join our team at Chamberlin Park. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting infection control practices, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote seamless transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for patients, families, and staff.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the center is located.
  • Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Wound Care certification and/or experience preferred.
  • Prior experience, education, and/or certification that would qualify for a QI/Infection Control nursing role.
