Job Title: WMS Automation Lead Support Engineer

At Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, we are seeking a highly skilled WMS Automation Lead Support Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of client business and process requirements
  • Develop architecture and solutions for requirements
  • Configure WMS systems to enable automation and drive team collaboration
  • Ensure functional responsibility for integration into host and other business and control systems
  • Set up and connect warehouse devices, including scanners, printers, and sorters
  • Prepare for go-live, execute go-live, and provide post-go-live hyper care
  • Collaborate with key business partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues
  • Support testing activities, including test setup, use case refinement, execution, and troubleshooting
  • Take ownership of actions required to resolve issues or make progress on key deliverables
  • Provide feedback on implementation and support challenges to improve product quality

Requirements:

  • Experience with PL/SQL and querying skills
  • Experience with WMS Softeon
  • Experience with Softeon configuration and automation, including integration with Locus, Addverb, and Geekplus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WMS product knowledge and hands-on WMS implementation
  • Outstanding Warehouse Management domain knowledge, including all processes, systems, and peripheral devices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a driven and resilient individual with exceptional abilities to learn fast, solve problems, and take ownership.
