Position Overview

The Cambria Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown is seeking both part-time and full-time Room Attendants to become integral members of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly cleans and prepares vacant rooms for new guests, ensuring all areas, including light fixtures, ceilings, walls, furniture, windows, and floors, are immaculate.
  • Performs daily stay-over service for all occupied rooms.
  • Maintains an organized and well-stocked cleaning cart.
  • Assists with special cleaning tasks and laundry duties as required.
  • Communicates any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Engages with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any complaints to a supervisor without delay.
  • Reports and processes lost and found items in a timely manner.
  • Adheres to all key control protocols.
  • Completes any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, lift, and stand for the duration of the shift.
