About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and career-minded Legal Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our estate planning and business services team, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing sophisticated and customized legal documents in the areas of estate planning, business, and estate administration.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and review complex legal documents for attorney review and approval
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and IRS tax laws
  • Review and update client estate information, structure, and asset documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of client estate plans
  • Prepare business entities, operating documents, and business audits as part of estate planning and asset protection strategies
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, legal, finance, or business
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and effective time management
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a team, maintain confidentiality, and implement coaching, training, and feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
