About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating patients, managing clinical protocols, and participating in community outreach programs. You will work closely with our team to ensure excellent patient care and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients, taking into account their medical histories, symptoms, and physical findings.
- Manage clinical protocols as outlined by our CMO and supervising physicians, ensuring accurate completion of patient charts and forwarding them as necessary.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care for acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including wound care, infection management, and splinting.
- Analyze patient data to develop appropriate diagnoses and ensure accurate completion of patient charts.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, or family medical practice preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees.
