• As the Construction Safety Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and supervising safety regulations and practices, adhering to the established safety guidelines.


• Formulate and enforce detailed safety policies and procedures tailored to the project’s needs.


• Assess and monitor the work environment, tools, and operational practices to guarantee adherence to safety standards.


• Conduct thorough risk evaluations, deliver safety training, and maintain a secure work atmosphere through routine safety inspections.


• Collaborate with team members and on-site contractors to ensure compliance with all safety measures.


• Prepare and submit reports on safety incidents.


• Continuously update and enhance safety policies as required and provide extensive safety training at the construction site.

Required Qualifications:


• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a safety-focused position.


• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards, along with experience in implementing safety initiatives.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


• Proficient in conducting detailed investigations and preparing comprehensive reports.


• Familiarity with safety management software and tools.


• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
