Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, grow our online presence, and promote our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar to engage our audience and increase brand awareness
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content for our social media channels, including videos, images, and captions
  • Manage and moderate our social media communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships and sponsored content
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of creating engaging social media content and growing online communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform future strategy decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
