About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to generate leads, grow the business, and achieve sales targets within the Building Products industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Selling into fastener specialty distributors that service the Roofing, Concrete, Drywall, and STAFDA business segment.
- Product Presentation and Solutions: Presenting features and benefits for products and services, suggesting solutions that provide relevant value to customers' needs.
- Account Management: Focusing on retention of partner accounts, taking ownership of all account activity and customer experience.
- Training and Support: Assisting the dealer sales team in trainings, presentations, and aisle conversions / resets when necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not a prerequisite.
- Experience: At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Building Products Knowledge is essential.
- Driver's License: Possession of a valid state driver's license.
