The Registered Nurse II is tasked with performing essential nursing duties, including assessment, care, and treatment for individuals in a state-supported living environment.
Responsibilities include assessing, treating, and documenting healthcare needs, collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Conducts routine nursing procedures in accordance with established regulations.
