ROLE OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient order processing for lubricant products and services. This role involves assisting clients and providing necessary support in alignment with company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accurately process customer orders for lubricant and related products, adhering to established company standards.
  2. Address customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly, following established protocols.
  3. Provide clients with essential order information, including anticipated delivery schedules.
  4. Maintain timely communication with customers regarding their inquiries and follow up as necessary.
  5. Offer technical assistance to customers when required.
  6. Manage inventory records and provide updates on order statuses and backorders.
  7. Facilitate billing information entry for customer invoicing.
  8. Assist with logistics tasks, including load manifesting, shipment routing, and preparation of necessary documentation for plant operations.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Support marketing initiatives and customer communications as needed.

Adhere to GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, along with relevant clerical experience that includes strong communication and mathematical skills. A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role is preferred.

Proficiency in keyboarding and computer skills is essential.

Demonstrated ability in professional communication, interpersonal relations, and customer service.

Essential skills include business acumen, teamwork, effective communication, customer orientation, decision-making, and personal development.

A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.

Candidates should be prepared to work in environments that may involve exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and other safety hazards, necessitating appropriate safety measures.

Participation in required training related to GROWMARK's policies and procedures is expected.
