Plains is seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Integrity Engineer to join our Asset Integrity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering tools, processes, and programs related to pipeline and facility integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrity management plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify potential integrity threats and develop preventive and mitigative measures
  • Provide engineering support for pipeline integrity projects, including welding calculations, material selections, and defect evaluation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of integrity management plans
  • Stay current with pipeline regulations, industry standards, and integrity assessment methods
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong understanding of facility equipment reliability, risk-based asset integrity management, and associated regulatory expectations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Compliance with Plains' Drug & Alcohol Policy, including pre-employment testing
