The Food Truck Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth and successful food truck events, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and managing the fleet of food trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Food Truck Operations Management: Manage all aspects of food truck operations, including scheduling, event planning, inventory management, and customer service.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of at least 5 crew members during food truck events, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  3. Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen team to prepare and load food truck supplies and equipment for each event.
  4. Transportation: Drive the food truck to various locations for events, ensuring safe and timely transportation.

  8. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  9. Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of food truck inventory, sales, and expenses.
  10. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote food truck events and attract customers.
  11. Training and Development: Train new crew members on food truck operations, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  12. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and obtain necessary permits for food truck operations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in food service management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience working on a food truck and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
