About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Liberty Healthcare Corporation. As an Assessor, you will play a critical role in administering assessments to children and adolescents, helping us determine eligibility for publicly funded health and human services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer structured assessments to children and adolescents to determine eligibility for publicly funded health and human services.
  • Conduct assessments virtually, with some in-person assessments required in residence, school, or other community locations.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure accurate and timely assessments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Requirements
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho.
  • Experience providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region to client locations (approximately 20%).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Annual salary of $80,000.
  • $1,000 new hire sign-on bonus ($500 paid at 90 days and $500 paid at 180 days).
