Addiction Recovery Counselor

Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of populations, including adults, youth, and families seeking substance use treatment or co-occurring disorders.
• Core duties include:
  • Conducting assessments, providing individual therapy, facilitating group therapy, and offering couples/family therapy as needed.

Compensation Structure

• Compensation is based on the following criteria:
  • Professional experience
  • Independent licensure (without supervision requirements)
  • Possession of specialized certifications in substance use and trauma
• Annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000.
• Billable hours are compensated at a rate of $30 to $40 per hour.
• A hiring bonus of $2,500 is available after 60 days of full-time employment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as an LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC in Idaho.
• Ability to complete required documentation within a 72-hour timeframe.
