Key Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of populations, including adults, youth, and families seeking substance use treatment or co-occurring disorders.
- Core duties include:
- Conducting assessments, providing individual therapy, facilitating group therapy, and offering couples/family therapy as needed.
Compensation Structure
- Compensation is based on the following criteria:
- Professional experience
- Independent licensure (without supervision requirements)
- Possession of specialized certifications in substance use and trauma
- Annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000.
- Billable hours are compensated at a rate of $30 to $40 per hour.
- A hiring bonus of $2,500 is available after 60 days of full-time employment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license as an LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC in Idaho.
- Ability to complete required documentation within a 72-hour timeframe.
