  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations, including ServSafe and HACCP standards.

Food Safety and Sanitation:

  • Ensure proper food presentation and serving temperatures in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and supplies.
  • Implement food labeling and rotation procedures in all storage areas.
  • Keep temperature logs updated and accurate.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Serve customers promptly and efficiently, minimizing wait times.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of menu items to assist customers effectively.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Follow corporate and OSHA safety standards diligently.
  • Practice safe food handling and equipment use.
  • Address spills and hazards immediately to maintain a safe environment.

Corporate Standards:

  • Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and on time, adhering to departmental standards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in line with company expectations.
  • Participate in training sessions and complete mandatory training as required.

Supportive Functions:

In addition to the essential functions, this role may involve performing various supportive tasks as determined by management.

Other Duties:

Embrace and promote the PLATINUM SERVICE culture within the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.

Organizational Relationships:

This position will oversee Garde Mange Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks.
