Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Store Operations Manager to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As an E-Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Process and fulfill online orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Concierge team to address special requests and manage special orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with delivery service representatives to ensure timely and efficient shipping.
  • Supervise and lead a team of 1-3 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure daily goals and performance standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
  • Proficient in time management and prioritization of work assignments.
  • Capable of working independently in a high-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience.
  • Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with e-commerce shipping software is a plus.
