Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager/General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our franchise, including managing our team of Luggers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Manage and motivate our team of Luggers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
- Logistics: Oversee all aspects of schedule management, including prior understanding of the scope of all work to be done.
- Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- KPIs: Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist the Franchise Owner in all aspects of the operation.
- Assist the Franchise Owner in all business development requirements.
- Fulfill all jobs according to company standards.
- Dispatch and track trucks daily.
- Liaise with the Appointment Center as needed.
- Drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all trucks and equipment are in good working condition and are accounted for.
- Ensure all decisions made are in the company's best interest.
We offer a competitive salary of $50-65k per year, depending on experience, plus significant revenue-based bonuses upon completion of a probationary period.
