We are seeking two qualified individuals to fulfill the role of 35G Trainer, focusing on the development and delivery of training programs tailored to military standards in geospatial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, materials, and lesson plans that meet military standards and reflect the latest advancements in geospatial intelligence.
  • Conduct classroom instruction, practical exercises, and field training covering topics such as imagery analysis, geospatial data interpretation, and the application of GEOINT software and tools.
  • Assess trainee performance through evaluations, practical exercises, and feedback sessions, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted instruction as necessary.
  • Utilize advanced simulation tools to create realistic training scenarios that mirror actual geospatial intelligence operations.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in geospatial intelligence, integrating new knowledge into training programs to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, trainee progress, and program outcomes, preparing reports and recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and military personnel to ensure cohesive and comprehensive training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with military regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout all training activities.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI or Interim TS clearance is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of operational experience as a 35G or 350G, or an equivalent role in another military branch or U.S. Government agency, conducting GEOINT intelligence operations.
  • Proficiency with the latest automation tools and systems relevant to GEOINT intelligence operations.
  • Experience in instruction and course development for FMV exploitation, imagery-derived products, and national imagery exploitation.
  • Completion of a military leadership course (e.g., BLC, ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC) is preferred.
