Position Summary:
RSC2 is seeking qualified candidates for the role of a 35G Trainer, focusing on geospatial intelligence training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design comprehensive training programs, instructional materials, and lesson plans that meet military standards and incorporate the latest advancements in geospatial intelligence.
  • Conduct classroom instruction, practical exercises, and field training covering topics such as imagery analysis, geospatial data interpretation, and the utilization of GEOINT software and tools.
  • Assess trainee performance through evaluations, practical exercises, and feedback sessions, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted instruction as necessary.
  • Employ advanced simulation software and tools to create realistic training scenarios that reflect actual geospatial intelligence operations.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in geospatial intelligence, integrating new knowledge into training programs to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, monitor trainee progress, and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing reports and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and military personnel to ensure the delivery of cohesive and comprehensive training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with military regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout all training activities.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a TS/SCI or Interim TS clearance is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of operational experience as a 35G or 350G, or an equivalent specialty in another military branch or U.S. Government agency, conducting GEOINT intelligence operations within the last decade.
  • Experience with the latest automation tools and systems relevant to GEOINT intelligence operations.
  • Background in instruction and course development for FMV exploitation, Imagery Derived Products (IDPs), national imagery exploitation, and other related areas.
  • Completion of a military leadership course (e.g., BLC, ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC) is preferred.
