Acute Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care RN to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year RN experience.
