Position Overview:

As an Elementary Educator for third grade, your mission is to motivate and equip every student with the confidence, bravery, and skills necessary to pursue their aspirations, contribute positively to society, and embrace lifelong learning. You will deliver instruction and provide support across the curriculum areas relevant to your role, ensuring the effective and fair use of educational resources and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the educational goals and objectives set forth by the organization.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with students' families, collaborating with them to foster student development.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate curriculum in alignment with established guidelines.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning experiences when applicable.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with colleagues and participate in leadership initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A valid teaching license in Elementary Education or a willingness to obtain necessary permissions if licensed in another field.
  • If not currently licensed, candidates must be prepared to apply for and secure a Tier 1 or 2 license.

Compensation:
