Position Overview

  • Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess a degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of recruiting experience. Knowledge of recruitment principles, staffing systems, and relevant employment legislation is essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools is also required.

Working Conditions
Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in designated areas.
