Caregiver - Resident Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CBRF Certified Caregiver to provide quality care to our residents in a safe and comfortable environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, medication management, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality care to residents in a safe and comfortable environment
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nurse or physician
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Participate in care planning and team meetings
- CBRF certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
