Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the processing of all District payrolls, benefits, and related reporting and record-keeping.
  • Serve as the technical expert and resource to resolve payroll issues; determine the appropriate payroll within the established payroll cycles.
  • Create and maintain salary schedules, benefits tables, work calendar, work location, and other tables in the payroll system.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Four years of experience in the maintenance of financial accounts and records using a computerized payroll system, including one year of experience in a lead payroll role.
