Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager Accelerated Trainee to join our team. This 18-month development program provides on-the-job training and formal learning, exposing you to operations within the company. You will learn the fundamentals of the business, develop leadership skills, and establish close working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives instruction in subjects related to the rotational experience
  • Attends trainings, watches guest speakers, and creates projects and/or oral presentations
  • Works in different functions to learn the business, including operations, finance, sales, maintenance, and post collections
  • Adheres to guidelines of the formal training program
  • Participates in periodic evaluations
  • Works with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization
  • Demonstrates a commitment to safety and compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience
  • Willing to relocate
