We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as part of our New Grad RN Residency Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate RN to develop their skills and knowledge in a medical surgical setting.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Communicate effectively with patients, family, and healthcare personnel
- Work effectively individually and as a member of a team within a stress-producing environment
- Meet the criteria and specific job duties of the four levels defined by each department area
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card
