Vituity is seeking an Advanced Provider to join our team at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, California. As an Advanced Provider, you will play a critical role in our mission to improve lives in the Emergency Department and be a valued member of the full care team.


About the Opportunity


  • We are seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners with ED/UCC experience preferred.
  • New grads with strong emergency or paramedic/EMT experience will be considered.
  • A 3-month training internship (including didactics) offered to candidates who have newly graduated and/or are new to emergency medicine.
  • Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
  • Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and PALS are required.
  • Current CA state license is a plus.
  • Full-time opportunities available.

Saint Agnes Medical Center – Fresno, California


  • Part of Trinity Health, one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery systems in the nation, Saint Agnes is a general medical and surgical hospital with Advanced Primary Stroke Center certification.
  • Specialized services include advanced interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery, a breast imaging center, an area-wide hospice for adults and children, and more.
  • An academic site, SAMC supports an ACGME accredited 3-year EM residency program hosting 24 residents. Providers work alongside residents with residents currently seeing approximately 40% of ED patients.
  • Established Vituity site since 2013.
  • The hospital has 436 beds with an annual ED volume of approximately 80,000.
